Thanks for the info. One of these guys does specialty metals for circlips, including Inconel X750. Since fluid compatibility is important, that is a big help.
I have been asked to provide a compliant submersible pressure transmitter by a company that is required to provide UL 508 panels for residential use.
Do I need UL certification and if so, which standard would apply? My customer states that he does not need UL 913 Intrinsically Safe certification.
Another possible source of error is static pressure effect on zero and span. It is very difficult to compensate. Manufacturer's rarely talk abaout static pressure errors, especially if they have no compensation.
Try using a dp cell with static pressure compensation.
