I realise that, In main case "bimr" is on the money .
"Economical Tank fabrication", ie. all other tanks are site fabricated while these tanks are shop fabricated which makes the deference.
In my case the ratio is well above 5%.
Existing flare capacity is 35 MMSCFD and the the rated flow of new PSV is 24MMSCFD (governing case: Tube rupture)
