Thanks bkal, the problem is that when doing that no thickness apears for the elements with the analytical thickness

Well, when running th ejob, ii can check with the query tool the thickness of the element, and I can see i have a thickness of one in every element. (which is wrong in every way)

Since my point of view there is now symetry in that direction since both Y sides of the horizontal beam are going to move in the same direction, when for example inputing a bending moment at the top of the column. (If I understood your problem, there is no in fact symetry) cheers
