    Does anyone make a VFD that'll do this?

    Hi TZellers, The Taian E2 Series VSD sounds like the Drive you are looking for. Single Phase input, IP65 - Nema 4 enclosure rating, 3HP, 3 Phase output, Auto Restart etc. Sorry about the commercialism but it sounded like you were having trouble finding what you really needed. Cheers JTC
