that's the thing. i have my windows customized already. i even reset it and re-customized, to no avail.
in autocad, the command line background color is customized, and the title bar TEXT is customized. i just can't get the color on the title bar 'itself' to take. :(
thanks
i'm trying to change the color scheme for the active and inactive title bars in AutoCAD 2010. just like you can change them in windows.
i have 2 monitors and it would be nice to just glance at the title bars to find out which session is the active one. at times i may have up to 4 sessions open...
I'm trying to envision how the 'slip contacts' work in a lock-out relay. Does anyone have a good description(or graphic/animation) of this process?
thanks

zogzog: thanks. would you send me some info?
Does anyone know where I can find a GOOD substation grounding course? Preferrably in a classroom setting, but an online course, or even a tutorial cd/dvd will do. My company has training, but not on specific topics such as grounding. If anyone can recommend such a class, etc, it will be greatly...
