    Heating values of slaughterhouse wastes

    I would be grateful for information on (a) heating values, (b) typical water contents and (c) elemental compositions of wastes produced by beef (and hog) killing plants. These include fat, "inedible", "paunch", wastewater sludge... etc. I am looking for options for recovery...
