Thank you all for the suggestions! I actually ended up buying CorelDraw X3. It has a trace feature that will convert an image file to a cad file (raster to vector). It has a lot of other features that I haven't figured out how to use yet. So far I am very impressed with it.
Does anyone have any suggestions on which raster to vector software to use? I have searched online and even tried a couple of free trial versions of some inexpensive programs (ie. Image2Cad). There seems to be quite a few programs on the market. The only brand name I recognized was Autodesk...
