New engineer feeling like failure
Ask for help. This isn't a homework assignment where you have to do all your own work. No one should work 16 hour days. You will burn yourself out in a hurry. Talk to your boss. And 20% over budget on a $500K job isn't too bad. $500K hardly buys anything these days.- Brooklyn8NY

Excel Thermo Add-in
Is there a good thermodynamics add in for Excel 2007? I have the Water.xls add which worked fine with Excel 2003 but it does not seem to work with the 2007 version. I would be using this for a steam power plant application. Can anyone make some suggestions? Thanks- Brooklyn8NY
