Thanks Is there no calculation that I can do having made some assumptions and neglecting plate thickness and time etc. I have already used the Laplace FD equation but this relies on the temperature at each side of the plate being constrained thanks again

I need to verify some thermal models mathematically. A plate (100mm x 50mm) will be heated at one end, Normal ambient conditions apply. I need to be able to calculate the temperature at points within the plate. I would be grateful for any advice Thanks
