Hello, what is the range of approval for a welder he tested in pipe with P-No. 1 to 1?? I think interpreting ASME IX, QW-423.1 following: 1 through 11, 34, 41 through 49. Is that correct??? Can he welds, for example, P47? Thank you- inspectorGR
