I'm working on a battery protection system. The DC current running out of the battery bank is 100A continuously, and 200A for few minutes. The DC voltage of the system can reach to 60 VDC.

i have 14 cells of Li-iron batteries,
each cell should have 2.75 to 4.25 VDC
which gives a total of (4.25*14 = 95.5V)
also i have a charger which can supply at 24V or 12V only.
and the current rating is up to 20 A
in order to charge the batteries, i have to create voltage difference...
