Anyone has some tips on what control logic should be used for an ACC condensing steam from a turbine. Unit has 4 fans with variable speed drives. Objective is to control fan speed and # of fans in operation to maintain a fixed exhaust pressure (condensing turbine)

I've seen #s varying from 60% to 90% of process line pressure. The Jesco-America pulsation dampener (liquid flows thru the dampener)recommends 60%. The Milton Roy dampener (T off the discharge line) recommends 90%.
