I need expert advise. 1}Is it safe to use the shield of a 2-wire cable as the grounding wire? 2}Worst case, something drop on the cable and it's damage - cut or bare wire exposed, will it cause electrocution, or explosion if a gas is present in the surrounding area? thank you.- bish0p
