    converting MDT 5 files into SW 2001

    I read somewhere, that you must use MDT 4 with MDTservicepack (try to download and install latest one). I think that MDT 4 is not supported on Windows 2000, so you could use Windows NT 4 for MDT 4. I you want to need only geometry (not feature tree) than you rather try import data via ACIS...
