A few things to consider are : which libraries/directories did you define in your project and where did you save the file(s) we are discussing. Try to find out where Inventor is looking for your files in the first place. Are there any existing duplicates of these files with identical filenames...
I recently created a drawing template for my company. I included different font sizes in the title block as most people probably do. As soon as i start using the template file as template, all these fonts appear in equal size. Why does this happen ?
Did you in the process ever try to rename the part including an underscore in the filename rather than "-". Databases are known to act strange on special caracters such as this one.
