Where can I get PDS software training????

Where can I get PDS software training????
Hello, I have been using AutoCAD for numerous years. I am interested in learning how to use "PDS" software. I have searched the web for classes or schools that teach it but found none. I have very little experience in working with Microstation. I do not know if the two tie together...- dustinp
