    Does anyone know whether a helicoptor can be fitted with a clamshell bucket like some cranes have ( http://www.truckutilities.com/images/Crane%20Accesories/TUCA-clam.jpg ) to help carry away mud? I was wondering about that when I read about the rescue effort in the Philippines.
