We are renovating a room that has been classified Class II, Division 2. I have asked my collegues about certain items on similar applications that did not have a Class II certification, but were considered dust-tight. (Such as data connections). Their opinion is that dust-tight (gasketed) items...
I have an application when some rooms are classified Class II, Div 2, group G. I have been looking for receptacles that are only for Class II but it seems that they are all class I and II. It seems like overkill and I'm wondering if anyone out there is aware of a Class II only receptacle.
Thanks!

I need to supply wye-delta motor starters for equipment going to Europe. I was shocked by the pricing I received on the units. I thought these where not much more than a standard motor starter with an additional contactor and some timing hardware. Can these be made from individual components?
