    Where can I find information on causes and solutions to concrete wall panel bowing excessively.

    Wall is 12" basement wall so it does not meet "(d) beams with h not greater than 10 in". Just seems odd they would not include it in this section since the could have easily wrote it "(a)Footings, walls, and solid slabs".
