Further to my earlier message, the model number of your vibrator (Vxxx) looks like the model number series used by Gearing & Watson, who also make vibrators in England. They may have data about it, if they used to be Goodman Vibrators.

Noting the name 'Ling' in the second line of your Vibrator's label, there is a company called Ling Electronics which makes vibrators. Perhaps they took over Goodmans...
