Genneraly you should apply the isolation membrane right after concrete placement and vibration, if you are in a dry climate zone you should retard evaporation to prevent cracking.
I´m a Portuguese junior civil engineer and I'm developing a research on building codes with dimensioning criteria that contempt floor vibration under human and/or equipment action and I've only found the AISC. Where can I find other codes that focus this issue?
