I am wondering how I can view the results, plots and animations on "residual stresses" by using "General Postproc" of ANSYS respectively after my simulation is done.

Actually, we have ANSYS right now. Can this problem be solved by using ANSYS as good as by using ABAQUS? If not, we may have to buy ABAQUS too.
