    Gypsum from Flue Gas Desulfurization

    Hi all, A quick one. The gypsum that I get from my Flue Gas Desulfurization process is one at a low pH,2. This gypsum is a synthetic gypsum with main components being CaSO4. Does the low pH indicates free water presence, can the the SO4 leach out and become free acid? Thanks
