    Adhesion of Water based UV coatings on tin plate

    Hello, I'm trying to coat tin plate with Water based UV coatings. I have a big problem with adhesion of my coating on substrate. Do you have an idea of what can i use as surface treatment (actually only dipping in acetone) or as additive to improve my adhesion? Thanks
