Extreme Bearing came back to me after phone contact with a solution for our need.
We will go for a 4 hole flange with a closed full stainless steel cover on one side, the other a triple lip PTFE seal.

Im new in this forum, but for a job I need food proof bearing units. So i suggest it will be in stainless steel. But there is a quit high force on it so I prefer double row spherical roller bearings in the units with (PTFE?) seals in it.
