    ESDV valve material

    Hi, I need advice for most suitable material for ESDV butterfly valve. Valve size is 24", pressure class 300# and valve service is condensate but it will be flushed with seawater and freshwater. Valve also will be installed on the installation in a tropical marine environment.

    Stellite 6 on Stellite 6 galling?

    Is anybody have experience with galling issues in ball valves with ball and seats being hardfaced with Stellite 6? In my case the valve is 8" CL300, op. temp -9/+65 Deg C. op. pressure limit is 48 Barg.
