    Dynamic probes

    Hi, I have been handed a bundle of 'dynamic probe' test results and have been asked to interpret them. I have no idea what they are or how I should review them - are the blow counts anything like SPTs? - what is the torque value all about? - Can anybody help? cheers

    British Standards

    Errhh - I would also be interested to gain other peoples opinion on this. Shoudl we be using this standard as the guide to soil desciptions, rather than 5930?
