    Cladding and Lagging Alternative

Hi All I am looking to move away from traditional lagging and cladding on our boilers. They have a huge maintenance cost and when they get wet the corrosion is extreme. I am looking for an alternative? Insolating coatings might be an option so is there some specific brands that your are using...

    Performance of heat exchanger

Hi All I need to do an evaluation of a pilot plant heat exchanger that we have installed and see if it would be better suited than our current bigger installations. I was trying to calculate the effectiveness of the heat exchanger but I keep on getting 1 with the NTU method. Below is the...

    Pump expected flow from curve

The pressure measurement on the discharge with the valve open was at 400 kPa. So I can assume that where the "head line" at +- 40m intersects with the 417mm impeller line, that is the expected flow beacause this is an actually point on the system curve? When looking at the curve attached it is...

    Pump expected flow from curve

Hi All I have a centrifugal pump that I am not certain what the flow is that I am getting out of it. The pump sucks from a tank 1m above it that is open to atmosphere. I have measured the shutoff head at 600kPa. The impeller size is 417mm. How do I go about doing this? Thanks in advance...
