Q&T SAE 1085 on a belt furnace. Been getting non-resolvable pearlite in the as-quenched structure.
Some details:
Part is 0.5" OD x 3.5" L.
Pic shown is core at high mag, pearlite starts around mid radius. Cycle: Soak at 1550F for 1 hour then quench in 130F oil
