Comparison between API 5L 43rd Edition and API 5L 46th Edition

We are doing Sales Gas project, as per our project requirement we have to purchase X60 API 5L 46th Edition pipe but we have stock API 5L 43rd Edition with same specification. Is it technically advisable to us 43rd Edition instead of 46th edition. Regards, Surezhg - Project Engineer
