in case of an intermittent service with few start a year, what plan of mechanical seal should we use?
contamination of propylene is not allowed and pressure margin above vapor pressure at pumping temp. is very low
we have a vs6 type pump with Ethylene service at -104 C temp., vapor pressure at operating temperature is 1 bara and the question is what arrangement and seal plan (base on API 682 4th) is suitable for this condition? which type of seal we should use?(Type A,B,C)
