Are there any good consultants in the the Northwest that can guide us through building pressure vessels/ transport tanks to part UHT, Section VIII Div. 1? There seems to be a lot of variables to consider, and we are fairly new at building coded tanks out of steel that requires heat treatment.
Can a cargo tank facility manufacture DOT 407 35 psi or less, non-vacuum loaded, cargo tanks without holding a "U" stamp? But with a CT number under the "R" stamp?
