is there any procedure to make the necessary cost estimation for a fixed roof storage tank which must be fabricated according to API 650.
what we need is an approximate values for:
1- foundation
2- erection and construction
3- how many tons of carbon steel plates needed taking...
thanx for your kind reply , still i need a clear confirmation to decide whether this plate is 283 gr. c or not moreover i need to know how you can match these tests results with gr. A or B or C, what is the parameter which make you decide?
we did the following steel plate inspection ( 8 mm thk.) according to ASTM E 415-17 , we got the following result
