    Hi, The bladder being made in rubber is deforms when water is removed. I am wandering what type of insulation material could be added on the bladder. The bladder will be used outside. Recirculation of the water combined with a good insulation or insulation with electric heating could be OK. Gore

    THE TIRE IS R15 AND THE PLATE I WANT TO WELD IS 4" X 2" X 0.125" THK, THEREFORE NOT ALL THE NITROGEN IS EXPOSED TO 275 F, ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT OF IT.

    I have a tire that is nitrogen filled at 145 psi. I have to weld a small plate on the rim. The temperature that is transfered to the nitrogen due to the welding process is 275 F. The nytrogen is exposed to that temperature max 15 min. How will the nitrogen respond to that temperature?

    pin for misaligned holes

    The two plates are connected by 6 bolts. I cannot modify the dimensions of the bolt and increase the clamping force between the plates. I am wondering that the tortion aplied to one plate will overcome the friction. For this I want to add 3 pins. Unfortunately I do not have room to drill holes...

    Having two steel plates 0.5" thickness with 3 holes each and misaligned within the tolearnce 0.046", which kind of pin should I use for them? There is a torsinal moment between the plates.
