    2 pole winding with "12 groups"

    It would seem that this is a winding configuration that splits the groups in half. (phase insulation in between the first 3 groups) I have experienced this system a few times depending on HP range.

    This topic has created alot of different points of view. This motor is simply a pws. Join 1-7 2-8 3-9 to the soft starter and it will run properly.
