    D shaped bore in timing pulley

    All good suggestions. The app is a low torque low low cost. I have considered a fairloc, but cost is an issue. My thinking was that if the set screw is aligned with the flat of the pulley, then problem solved, you wouldn't be able to get the pulley on the shaft without flat to flat lining up...

    Laminar Flow Nozzle

    Can anyone reccomend a good book on the design of water nozzles? I am specifically interested in designing a nozzle which will produce laminar flow over a large percentage of the free stream. Any help would be appreciated.
