    Air Break Switch Grounding

    Would anyone have the latest standard information on proper grounding of 69KV gang operated overhead mounted switches ? Particularly the operating handle and pipe. Confused as to whether the operating rod should have an insulator in it in conjuction with grounding the switch handle. Thanks
