What are you looking for exactly? Are you trying to track weld stamps, heat numbers, RT reports, etc for new fabrication? Are you looking for in-service software to determine corrosion rates, prediction of expiry dates and storage/interfacing with dataloggers for UT thickness data?
I do not have access to API RP2003 and am wondering if anyone knows if it is acceptable to have vessels housed inside a building grounded through the building's skid. Two corners of the building have ground cables and each vessel is either welded or bolted to the skid. Any info appreciated.

I have seen lots of these on Natco (National Tank Company back then) vessels like test separators and glycol contactors that were built in the late 40's to mid 50's. Believe they were all from Tulsa, but maybe a call to Natco in Calgary or Tulsa could confirm their meaning.
