    The only thing I can thinks of except model quality check is the distribution of mass in the structure. A well distribute stucture with good symmetry, should show translation and rotation in pure x y and z direction. This is just my guess, comments are welcome.

    If you read the LSdyna manual it says this is a highly compressible low density foam. It has unidirectional properties and hence no poission's ratio is considered.     Integration of Acceleration to Displacment

    There is a post processor called lspost ( free download from www.lstc.com) throw your xy data in there, then you will be able to plot it. Once you have plotted the curve, the software allows you to operate on the curve (like integrate, differenciate etc.). Or you can use excel.
