    Table 323.2.2A in B31.3 shows that A106 CS Pipe minimum temp to -20F is only good to a certain wall thickness. As the wall thickness increases the allowable temp gets warmer. Is this dependant on coincidental pressure and can deviations be allowed for short periods of time.
