No even opening the files in autocad 2000 itself doesn't work well. Parts of the model are just missing. I don't know which version i have. I do know that a model like that, quite simple, didn't give any problems in the past using the same software

thanks, but I knew that, my problem is that some lines on defpoints were still plotted, while I didn't want them to.
Finally i threw the old lines away and drew them again. that worked fine. Still curious what went wrong earlier.
how can i link images relatively in autocad? I'm linking a lot of images at home and when i burn the folder on a cd. i have to manually re-adress all image files again on another system. is there anything that can be done to ease this annoying thing?
