    Have you tried the "Analyze Timescaled Data in Excel..." feature? There you can select every field you need to analyze! I don't remember where it is hidden, anyway just select the "Analysis" Toolbar and from there just click the button. Bye.

    Just some check: - have the resources a personalized calendar (vacation period)? Turn the calendar to default, if not needed. - have you done any kind of resource leveling? - is the Layout of the link "visible"? (reformat it by means of the Wizard) M.

    ok, thanks! Now it works better but not yet perfect! It worked fine with 2 people, but still it have some problems with 3 people... (+66% in duration; before it was +300%!). Something more to improve it? Thanks anyway! M.

    Hello! quite simple question, but tricky to solve, at least for me. Create a task with Work = 40 h (=1 week for a person full time). If you assign one resource 100%, you get 5 days as duration.
