I have 3ph 208v power supply and am wondering if I can use a VFD that i currently have on a new Baldor motor that is rated 230/460v. Do i need a 208v rated motor or can the drive work with the 230/460v inverter duty motor?

Working with a customer that is inquiring about an inverter duty explosion proof motor that wants the temp rise to be T5 instead of its given T3C rise.
First of all, this motor is 10hp, 400/50/3, 4:1 CT, Class F insl, Div I D,E,F,G, XP/XT.
It's not a problem setting the T'Stats to trip power...
