Thanks guyz for your input , it did help. In fact , I did some more research and decided to go for a VFD. They will install the set within 2 weeks, hopefully.

I understand that I should not go for a VFD only because I need a " smooth" starting for the motor. but again, pressure has to be always 4 BAR as water goes directly to our machines that require this constant pressure. so in this case...
