    I am a home user. Thanks for your inputs. I probably should upgrade. Any deals out there on the upgrade.

    Gear Motion in Solidworks 2001

    I am designing a gear rack in Solidworks 2001. Is there a way to show correct motion between the gears. I have tried parallel parallel mates between two planes going through the center of each gear but the gears are moving in opposite direction. I am new at Solidworks.
