While trying to remove the nut from the packing gland stud in the stuffing box, the nut is turning with the stud. What is needed to correct this issue? This areas Floway Rep is not helping me with any specs on this pump. I need to know what the sequence of the packing glands and lantern ring are inside the packing box. Or even the type of glands or lantern ring makeup. Is the packing sequence ie. 11+111 or 1+111? Is the ring a 2 or 4 piece ring?- stevearowe

On a Floway 15 hp vertical turbine pump, is there a lantern ring needed with the gland packing? If so, what is the sequence? If a stud used for the packing gland adjustments come out, how do you ensure you have it properly back in place?- stevearowe
