    BPV size and flow rate?

    I am comparing the flow rates of 1.5'' and 2'' back pressure valves. I think 2'' valve should have much higher flow rate due to its bigger orifice size. However, the flow rate of 1.5'' valve is actually a little bit higher. Both valves are installed on 2'' pipeline. Any help?
