Gents!
After complete inspection, the first thing we notice is the impeller chipped significantly.
this is due to defective MGPS system which allow shells alike went inside the system and .... it's like sand blasted.
Not only the pump, but all the valve is also affected.
Cheers,
ColSander / rmw,

Thanks JJpellin,
Artisi,
it's a normal 4x3x13 horizontal centrifugal pump.

Thanks Morten,
is there any way to overcome this problem without changing the pump?
I'm thinking to add more plate cooler as to increase the effeciency of heat tranfer rate.
any advise?
Assuming I have a pump which supplied water to PHE (cold-side) at 50m3/hr.
what happen if the supply of water is decrease since i'm want to tap that line for other services?
I'm doing a project wich required me to calculate the transfer rate of Barite & Cement from tanks to tanks. I've run couple of calculation but i'm not sure it is the correct one or not.
the detail is as follow;
Pipe size = 5" / lenght of pipe (approx. 100 ft)
eductor = 1" c/w fluffer vlv
