    ....I should mention, drawings always load exact representations for visual purposes. But, depending on what else you have running and what operating system you're using, it can still help you out.

    Be sure to verify that "Use Lightweight Representations" is checked in your load options. That is commonly the difference between a good and bad day, but as John says, if you're not in 64bit, get there.

    Downloaded TechPowerUp GPU monitor (http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/2252/techpowerup-gpu-z-v0-7-2/) appears to do the trick as far as monitoring. What makes you think it would be a memory issue?

    Graphics cards have dedicated memory. Our standard graphics card is NVIDIA Quadro 5000 with ~ 2GB RAM and in some cases 4GB. I have been searching for a decent tool to monitor GPU usage for other troubleshooting which would help out in this case, but have had very limited success.
