Maybe this will help you to, but with my last issue, i came out to extremebearing.com If i understand correct, they are designing a new bearing unit what not will destroy your shaft (lightweight). Food proof bearing units
Thanks for help. Extreme Bearing came back to me after phone contact with a solution for our need. We will go for a 4 hole flange with a closed full stainless steel cover on one side, the other a triple lip PTFE seal. see 4 hole flange unit and PTFE bearing seal Inside the requested double row...- Melvin84

Food proof bearing units
Hello, Im new in this forum, but for a job I need food proof bearing units. So i suggest it will be in stainless steel.
